Of course, the order will have an estimated completion time listed, but it won't be an exact date. It will be estimated based on the queue, appearance, health, and my availability.The reason for this decision, unfortunately, is my illness—chronic arthritis of the spine. The pre-pay is 1/3 of the full price.

According to consumer rights, you are free to withdraw within 14 days from ordering.
If you cancel after 14 days, please keep in mind that you will NOT be refunded in full- as written above. If your order is significantly delayed without prior notice and without a reason given by me or on my channels, you have the right to a refund.The amount of the refund will be assessed depending on the amount paid and the progress of the work.If your artwork is almost finished you won't have a refund - that's a waste of my and your time.8. Contact Us: We are open to questions. During the creation process, you can ask questions about what, where, how, and when. We will do our best to answer all or most of your questions. However, remember to set boundaries. Don't be pushy.

HOWEVER if you dont have you own character I can help you create one for a small fee11. CHANGESFOR ARTS:
Any changes to the character or corrections during the completion of the order can be done only during the sketch phase. Some are acceptable while I'm doing the line-art but those cannot be big. After the piece is colored, any changes will mean extra charges. I do not approve mass changes after the order has been submitted, if they are requested while I'm already working on the piece I can deny them.FOR FURSUITS:
Free small changes to the character during the completion of the order can be done only before ordering materials. You will have a lot of sketches, photos and questions from us during the process of making your fursuit - during this time, you will be able to personalize your order.However, if you request excessive changes during creation, they may incur additional fees.
Example:
When drawing the fursona's appearance, you don't like the lines on tape - free corrections until we get it just right.
If you want an additional star on the neck in your fursuit - this will incur an additional fee.
If you want an additional star on the neck in drawing after shading - free corrections
If you want a completely other tail after approving sketch and lienart - this will incur an additional fee.12.WARRANTY, MODIFICATIONS AND REPAIRS
You may not modify our work yourself without prior notice and inquiry. If anyone else tampers with our work without prior notice and my consent, the warranty will be void, the files will be deleted, and the content will be blacklisted.
For art projects:
If you need anything modified, I'm happy to do it. Minor alterations are free for up to 6 months from the date I receive the drawing file. After 6 months, I can't determine if I still have the file. If so, it's still possible, provided there's no additional fee (don't worry, it'll be a small percentage of the art price).For fursuits:
- I perform aesthetic and functional alterations, subject to shipping charges, for 1 year from the order completion.
- If anything breaks through no fault of the owner, it will be repaired within 1 year, subject to shipping charges.
- If you don't want me to repair it, please let me know if you or someone else is tampering with the fursuit - in this case the warranty ceases to apply13. For our comfort: please start your messages to me by straightforward asking about what you want.
I usually ignore messages like "Hi, how are you" if I don't know you well. I have a lot of things on my plate so if your message doesn't appear like an order request, I will most likely scroll past it. I reserve a right to deny talking about other things not relevant to the order if we aren't friends.14. PUTTING MY ARTWORK THROUGH AI IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED - I do not wish for my work to be tampered with by artificial intelligence. The applications and sites that use it will then use bits of my style to generate others' requests and that is not something I'm comfortable with. Additionally, if you want your art edited in some way, you can just ask me about it. If you do end up altering my artwork in some way, do mind that I will no longer accept orders from you.Have you read everything?
