Hi, here is my TOS

TOS concerning commissions @Roks050:
1. Not knowing the rules does not excuse the client from following them.
2. To place an order you must be 13 years old or above. To place submissions for gore you must be at least 16 and for nsfw artwork you can't be younger than 18.
I will ask you to proof your age - probably to see your id.
3. When placing orders, regular etiquette rules are in place. It's better to directly ask for the correction of specific things, but I always make sure to ask before the deal is finalized. Also please do not bargain either as my prices are non-negotiable.
4. I don't draw anything I don't feel comfortable with, eg: pedophilia, zoophilia, specific kinks and gore in sex. You can present your ideas to me and I will either accept or deny the commission.
5. The pre-pay is 1/3 of the full price.
IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
The remaining price can be split into several smaller payments. I only send the finish art once it has been paid for in full. If your art is almost finish you wont have refund - that's a waste of my time.
6. If you're placing an order for and art piece, please take into consideration that it will not be done instantly.
I AM NOT ON THE COMPUTER OR TABLET 24/7.
I have other responsibilities and limited mobility in my joints which means I have to take longer breaks sometimes. Everyone needs time to do their job and it's better not to rush, which doesn't mean you can't remind me every now and again if you're afraid I have forgotten. The order depends on the queue and on how much I have to do that month/day. It also depends on my mental state, as I am suffering from depression and Asperger's as well as suspected ADHD.
7. I need a lot of energy to draw as well as the will and inspiration to do so, please do not push and ask about progress every other day.
8. There's no skipping queue here. I made that mistake a few times. Everyone must wait their turn.
9. WAITING TIME:
-The wait time for artwork can range from 1 to 12 months.
-The queue times and ammount of slots depends on my current situation and possible complications.
10. I do not copy or trace artwork. If you want to order from me, please have your own, original character in mind. It is preferred if you also have your own reference/ character art.
11. Any changes to the character or corrections during the completion on the order can be done only during the sketch phase. Some are acceptable while I'm doing the line-art but those cannot be big. After the piece is colored, any changes will mean extra charges. I do not approve mass changes after the order has been submitted, if they are requested while I'm already working on the piece I can deny them.
12. I reserve a right to deny working with some people. If I feel uncomfortable while talking to you, I will only reply to things relevant to the order.
13. If you're placing a commission, please be absolutely certain that you won't cancel your order halfway through me making it. According to consumer rights, you are free to withdraw within 14 days from ordering. If you must cancel, please keep in mind that you will NOT be refunded in full. If I started working on your order and you don't accept the sketch, you are refunded half the price, only if it's still in the queue and I made no progress on it, will you receive a full return.
IF YOU CANCEL AFTER TOO LONG, meaning after approving the sketch you suddenly wish to withdraw the order and ask for your money back, you will be placed on my blacklist since I do not have any assurance that this won't happen again, but you will be given back 1/4 of the price.
14. PRICING:
The price is usually the one mentioned on my price page. If your character has complicated elements, please keep in mind that I may rise the price.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!
Please start your messages to me by asking about what you want. I usually ignore messages like "Hi, how are you" if I don't know you well. I have a lot of things on my plate and a lot of people place orders with me, so if your message doesn't appear like an order request, I will most likely scroll past it. Also it's weird to answer random questions from people I don't know.
16. PUTTING MY ARTWORK THROUGH AI IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED - I do not wish for my work to be tampered with by artificial intelligence. The applications and sites that use it will then use bits of my style to generate others' requests and that is not something I'm comfortable with. Additionally, if you want your art edited in some way, you can just ask me about it'd. If you do end up altering my artwork in some way, do mind that I will no longer accept orders from you.Have you read everything?
